After investigating different habitats P3/4 began some lessons on camouflage. They looked a lots of pictures of animals using camouflage in the natural world and learnt that they try to disguise themselves for different reasons. Some animals hide because they are PREY and some are PREDATORS. They created some wonderful collage art work using camouflage to show what they had learnt as well as producing information sheets using word processing in ICT. They had to decide on the font style, size and colour as well as inserting pictures from the internet. They had a lot of connected learning and really enjoyed discovering new facts.
