Today our Accelerated Reading target achievers were rewarded with a wonderful treat to celebrate a super term of reading and quizzing. Each child had an individual reading target number to aim for and success meant a lot of reading, thinking and answering of questions throughout the term.
To reward this great achievement the successful children headed to Lifford Cinema for a private showing of, 'The Jungle Book' with popcorn, drinks and treats of course!
It was a fantastic afternoon which has really encouraged the children to try and reach their target again next term.
If your child was not part of the treat this time try to encourage them to read a little bit more so that they too can reach their reading target and be part of whatever treat lies in store at the end of this term!
