P4 were very luck to have a visit from Joanne from Sentinus who brought us a half day full of interesting hands on experiments to complete our lessons on food and healthy eating. We were able to become real scientists and PREDICT, TEST AND RECORD in a variety of experiments. We investigated if certain foods were acid or neutral, contained starch or sugar and we thought about how a balanced diet is important for our health. A fantastic day! Thank you Sentinus!
