Primary One had a momentous moment today when they were introduced to their very first sound, 's' for snake! The children listened carefully to the story and song and were able to identify all the 's' words from our picture. After practising how to form the letter 's' on their whiteboards they had great fun with Jayne, sticking letter 's' signs on all the items in the classroom starting with this sound. If you have a spare moment why not ask your child to find some 's' words from around the home. Well done P1, you've made a super start!
