Mrs Hay set all the boys and girls a challenge during our snow day. They had a piece of writing to produce on the topic of snow. They could write a poem about snow, a snow story, a recount about their snow day, instructions about how to make a snowman - anything as long as it had something to do with snow! The teachers were all very impressed with the fabulous array of entries. There were 32 entries and all the children who participated in the competition received a treat. One winner from each class was selected and the winners won an easter egg as our snow writing competition ended up being in March/Spring! Well done to EVERYONE who participated and a special well done to our winners - Emma C, Charlie, Andrea, Joe and Rihanna Y.
