DPS and St Michaels have just competed another year of our shared education project. This year P3/4 in both schools worked together on a World Around Us topic of Animals in Winter. We started off by writing penpals letters telling our new friends about ourselves. Then next week St Michaels children came down to see us in our playground and we swapped letters and played some games. Due to Covid 19 restrictions we we unable to meet indoors, so we decided to carry out our lessons in our own schools and met up virtually on screen each week to share what we had done. Our next lesson was a scavenger hunt, where we used our outdoor classroom to find signs of winter. As you can see from the photos we had a ball!!!
