P2/3 The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch

Before we finished up P2 and P3 were having a super time studying the book, 'The Lighthouse Keepers Lunch'.

We read the book during World Book Week and enjoyed it SO much that we decided to do lots more related activities which included group work, paired work, looking for adjectives, drama, art, investigative work using circuits and related Activity Based Play. Many of the children really enjoyed this book and even bought their own copy to read at home!
