P2/3 have been enjoying their Activity Based Learning and thought you'd like to see some of the activities they've been taking part in. You can have a look at the photos and watch the four videos below to get a little insight to part of our school day.
Houses: Promotes language development and creativity.
Ipads: Reinforcing number bonds of 10 for P2 and number bonds of 20 for P3. Encourages speed and accuracy.
Interactive White Board: Encourages children to use memory and sound knowledge to spell familiar words.
Magnetic Letters: Jolly Phonics letter sounds are reinforced and children are encouraged to sound out letters to build their own words.
Shape Table: The tower building encourages children to use the language associated with 3D shape, helps positional language development and listening skills.
