A number of children in our school have been benefitting from free flute lessons with thanks to the Londonderry Bands Forum. Rebecca, Grace and Ryan took their learning to the Alley Theatre and played as part of the Sollus Christmas concert with pupils from Newbuildings and Fountain Primary Schools. The group played excellently in front of a sell-out crowd and their flute teacher, Andrew, received great feedback on their performance. Most importantly of they seemed to have really enjoyed their experience which is what it is all about! Well done!
